GST
DTOX MEDISPA prices are inclusive of the 10% GST charge on purchases and payment of treatments. All prices shown on www.dtoxmedispa.com.au are inclusive of GST.

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars.

TREATMENT ACCEPTANCE
Once a treatment has been purchased or payment for treatment has occurred, you are engaged in a contract that sees you accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have purchased. Once a treatment has been performed by DTOX MEDISPA , you will receive a receipt of purchase.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is made at the time of your appointment at DTOX MEDISPA. Payment will be processed as soon as your treatment is complete.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any products supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the products(s) in question.

DTOX MEDISPA shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DTOX MEDISPA , and DTOX MEDISPA shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
