Things you should know

We look forward to seeing you at dtox Medispa. To make the most of your experience, please book in advance and note our salon policies, which are designed to ensure every client enjoys the time they spend with us.

  • Bookings
    Credit card details are required for package, group bookings and treatments of one hour of more.
  • When you arrive
    To ensure you enjoy every moment of your treatment, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check in.
  • Shhh...
    Out of consideration for other clients please ensure mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off or on ‘silent’ mode.
  • Running a little late
    If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible on (02) 8544 8089, to let the dtox Medispa team know. We will do all we can to accommodate you but as a courtesy to all our clients, treatments will be completed at the scheduled time.
  • When you have to cancel
    If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible on (02) 8544 8089, to let the dtox Medispa team know. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
  • How long are Pre-Paid Packages valid
    Pre-paid Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Treatments not used by the expiry date will be forfeited. Cancellation of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in that treatment being considered redeemed
  • Prices
    All prices include GST. All prices are subject to change.
